Testing Technician reporting into QA Manager will be responsible for construction, maintenance, and testing mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and testing procedures per test sheet QF8262 on the equipment using available/designed test equipment
• Comply to and demonstrate safe work ethics
• Set-up (bolt on fittings) and disassembly of equipment to be tested
• Daily maintenance of testing equipment and test facility
• Assist senior technicians in the performance of their duties
• Assist all departments as required to achieve product deadlines
• Maintain test area and test equipment, including cleaning and or painting
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Functions:

• Occasionally may be asked to perform task within their ability or other functions to assist other departments.
• Set up and disassemble test equipment for new products or existing product modifications to bring the product or modification to market.
• Participate in various test and demonstrations.
• Cleaning, Painting, and using a pressure cleaner.
• Setting up test stands.
• Assist all departments as required per test supervisor instruction to achieve product deadlines.
• May be asked to perform tasks within their ability or other functions to assist other departments
