Daytona Employment is now Recruiting for Receptionist/Office Assistant to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The applicant must:
• Be professional in person and over the phone.
• Excellent Verbal and writing skills
• Have outstanding interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
• Operate switchboard to answer, screen or forward calls and take messages
• Greet clients and others entering the office and direct/escort them to destination.
• Maintain daily calendar of staff out of the office, late or leaving early.
• Be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with priorities.
• Schedule meetings and order refreshments.
• Maintain multiple conference calendars.
• Must have exceptional data entry skills.
• Perform office support for other staff in the company
