Daytona Employment is Currently Recruiting for a Personal Processor

Position Summary: Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal (ECI associates) and external customers (ECI clients) and the processing of personal lines business

General purpose: Processing of all transaction types; problem resolution; time management

Role qualifications:
Must partner with the PRM and CSR to provide timely process of transactions to enable effective use of our information.

Position responsibilities:
Answer phones including the proper routing of phone calls to the most appropriate
person. This involves asking questions of the caller to accurately determine who the

most appropriate person is, including if it may be outside ECI (such as company billing or premium finance company)

Correspond and communicate with clients and others as directed by PRM

Screen calls to PRM to effectively reduce the calls not requiring PRM involvement

Communicate with clients about billings to the extent of your authority. Refer these questions to the company whenever possible.

Look and listen for cross sell and referral opportunities when talking with clients or when working on their account or when in their customer screen. Hand referral opportunities off to agent for completion.

Take EPI info and send to PRM or CSR.

Process endorsements, cancellations, invoices, payments, reinstatements, inspection letters and general day to day correspondence.

Partner with PRM and CSR to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.

Send out new and renewal policies and ID cards.

Participate in training and education classes.

Perform other related duties as assigned

Non-essential skills and experience:

Customer service and/or agent experience in an independent insurance agency environment

Inside sales experience

Microsoft Excel

Reporting to this position: No direct reports
