Overview

Daytona Employment is now recruiting for a Front Office Admin/Receptionist

Will be answering incoming phone calls.
Welcome customers and visitors.
Process application paperwork and input into computer.
Min typing speed 55wpm.
Assist accounting dept as needed.
Book appointments for customers.
Run background checks.
Backup to sister company with phones and admin paperwork.
Accept deliveries and deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
Strong Communication skills via phone and email.
Must have computer skills in MS Outlook, Word & Excel.

Hours 9:00am - 5:00pm (Full time 40 hour position)

This is a Temp to Hire position.
