Daytona Employment is now hiring Customer Service Representative for a business based in Daytona Beach.
Handle inbound and some outbound calls on behalf of clients. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, Execute problem solving / independent thinking.
Attend job appropriate meetings and training sessions.
Commitment to the team and clients while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude. Must be able to de-escalate a problem call and assist in rectifying the situation. Other tasks as assigned.
Must have HSD or equiv. Previous customer service experience. Enjoy speaking on the phone. Likes to genuinely help people.
Proficient in typing and computer skills. Excellent written and verbal skills.
