Daytona Employment is now hiring Customer Service Representatives for a business based in Daytona Beach.
Will handle inbound and some outbound calls on behalf of clients. Initially, responsible for making quality service calls.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Execute problem solving / independent thinking.
Attend job appropriate meetings and training sessions.
Commitment to the team and clients while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude. Must be able to de-escalate a problem call and assist in rectifying the situation. Other tasks as assigned.
HSD or equiv. Previous customer service experience within a retail, food industry, hospitality, or call center environment. Enjoys speaking on the phone and likes to genuinely help people.
Proficient in typing and computer skills. Excellent written and verbal skills.
