Daytona Employment is Currently recruiting for a Catering/ Marketing Sales Coordinator
Initially will be just a marketing position, but will grow.
Coordinate & Participate in events - surfing, radio promos, food delivery to clients etc.
Deal directly with media companies
Handle several social media channels for promotions etc.
Able to represent the brand, will roll out catering in early 2022.
Must have 2-3 yrs + background and exp in marketing.
Degree in Marketing/ PR or Advertising.
Must be very energetic, organized, professional. Must be able to travel, attend events, etc.
Full time with a possibility of overtime.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Catering sales – based on goals
- Planning menus
- Organizing, planning and creating events
- Managing stock control financial planning and managing budgets
- Meeting with suppliers and customers
- Discussing contract requirements with customers
- Meeting with GMs and executive team to develop marketing calendar
- Maintain and promote social media pages for all businesses
- Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels
- Proficient in English
- Leadership experience in dining, event management or catering services required.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CMS system for database marketing
- Ability to travel and work weekends
- Teamwork Oriented
