Daytona Employment is currently recruting for an Executive Administrative Assistant.

Looking for a skilled construction Executive Administrative Assistant with excellent organization and communication skills.

We are looking for clerical and administrative support to help maintain an organized office culture, work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain bids, manage purchase & change orders.

Previous experience in the industry is very helpful. Need strong computer skills, a team player and have years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements and subcontracts.

Field incoming emails and phone calls professionally

Executive clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies etc.

Provide administrative support to the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and other construction management staff.

Serve as point of contact and solicit quotes for new jobs from subcontractors, vendors and construction service teams.

Qualifications:

Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

High school diploma is required-additional educational experience is a plus

Past administrative experience is necessary (3 years). Administrative duties for a busy construction office is a big plus.

Familiarity with the construction industry.

Superb communication skills, time management are essential
