Daytona Employment is now hiring an Administrative Assistant.
This position is responsible for support of all activities related to client service, and will assist tax staff and shareholders with time management by handling routine client inquiries. This position will also assist with regular office administrative functions.
To fulfill this position, you must have verifiable job experience with the following:
• Processing Tax Returns
• Knowledge of accounting services industry
• Follows firm procedures laid out in manual
• Maintains executive calendars
• Has knowledge of excel/word/adobe pdf formatting/scanning and printing to PDF
• Good communication skills demonstrated via composition of letters, emails, and answering phone calls
• Copying, faxing, filing, email
• Receives and disburses mail
• Maintains and understands workflow processes• Comfortable with multitasking
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Answers incoming phone calls and screens accordingly
